While we hope that you are always satisfied with your Ikram Bellanova Cosmetics purchase, we know there are times when you may need to return a product.
If you need to return your product, please read the information below.
• Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt to receive a refund.
• Merchandise must be in its original, unopened and unused condition.
• We regret that we not refund the original shipping cost upon return.
• Please state the reason for your return on the front of your sales receipt or packing slip.

  • You are responsible for return shipping and handling charges, which are non-refundable unless you have received damaged goods (see damaged product policy).
    • Please make sure you enter your Note the tracking numberAs we cannot make a refund until our office confirms receipt of the returned goods. We are not responsible for lost packages.
    • All returns will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
    • Returns are processed within 1-2 weeks of receipt of your item at our office.
    • Please wait at least 2 billing cycles for the balance adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.
    • Please send no cash on delivery packages, as these will not be accepted.

    Only articles on https://ikrambellanova.shOp/ Have been purchased can be accepted for a return. on https://ikrambellanova.shop/ Purchased items cannot be returned or exchanged at retailers that sell Ikram Bellanova Cosmetics products.

EXCHANGE POLICY
We are happy to exchange defective, damaged or unused goods. If you need to exchange your product, please read the information below.
• We accept exchanges of items on https://ikrambellanova.shop/  purchased only up to 30 days after the original purchase.
• Please include the product you would like to exchange and your invoice. Write on the invoice which items are to be exchanged.
• If there is a cost difference to the exchange, one of our customer service representatives can contact you for more information.
• You are responsible for return shipping and handling charges, which are non-refundable.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS POLICY
If you receive a defective or damaged item, you can contact customer service within 30 days for a replacement. Items will not be replaced after 30 days.
