Creamy emulsion that has a gentle action in removing superficial dead cells from the epidermis thanks to the presence of microspheres with small, specially selected grains that do not damage the epidermis and the chemical action of salicylic acid.

USE:

It can be applied weekly or manually with circular movements and more slowly than the descaler. Prepares the skin for subsequent treatments. It does not contain enzymes.

Technical analysis

1.   This product is an active exfoliating emulsion for preparing the epidermis. The formulation utilizes a dual-action descaling system ("descaler") with beta-hydroxy acid (salicylic acid) and an enzyme complex to promote cell renewal. The lipid base consists of sweet almond oil (Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis) and hydrogenated vegetable oils, stabilized by cetearyl alcohol, polyacrylamide, and isoparaffin. The cleansing and penetration mechanisms are enhanced by a surfactant (sodium lauryl sulfate). To mitigate potential irritation from the active exfoliating agents, the matrix contains soothing plant extracts (Chamomilla Recutita flower, Quercus Robur root, Lavandula Angustifolia). Antioxidant stability is maintained by tocopherol and ascorbyl palmitate. The formula contains titanium dioxide, which acts as an opacifier and immediate brightener, as well as a standard profile of preservatives and fragrances (phenoxyethanol, benzyl alcohol, linalool, limonene).

2.  Indicated for individuals requiring intensive removal of superficial dead skin cells (keratinocytes) and overall refinement of the epidermis. It was specifically developed as a preparatory step ("Prepared") to optimize the skin for subsequent clinical or cosmetic treatments ("Treatments"). With the addition of salicylic acid and brightening agents, it is suitable for treating hyperkeratosis, dullness, and clogged pores. Clinical note: Due to the presence of sodium lauryl sulfate and salicylic acid, it should be used with caution on highly sensitized or damaged skin barriers. Application requires mechanical movements (“movements”), suggesting it is suitable for users who can tolerate slight physical manipulation during cleansing.

3.  The efficacy of this preparatory emulsion stems from its combined keratolytic and enzymatic action. Salicylic acid, a lipophilic BHA, penetrates the sebum to exfoliate the pore lining, while the enzymatic components dissolve the protein bonds of dead surface cells, ensuring thorough removal. This controlled exfoliation process cleanses the follicle openings and refines the skin's microrelief. Simultaneously, the addition of sweet almond oil and emollients prevents acute disruption of the barrier function during the peel. Chamomile and lavender extracts suppress inflammatory reactions associated with active cell removal. The result is a clarified, brightened stratum corneum, optimized for improved transdermal absorption of subsequent active ingredients.
