While we hope that you are always satisfied with your Ikram Bellanova Cosmetics purchase, we know there are times when you may need to return a product.
If you need to return your product, please read the information below.
• Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt to receive a refund.
• We ask that you send the goods in their original, unopened and unused condition.
• We regret that we do not refund the additional return costs.
• Please state the reason for your return on the front of your sales receipt or packing slip.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, which will not be refunded unless you have received damaged goods (see Damaged Product Policy).
• Please make sure that you have Note the tracking numberas we cannot issue a refund until our office confirms receipt of the returned goods. We are not responsible for lost packages.
• All returns will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
• Returns are processed within 1-2 weeks of receipt of your item at our office.
• Please wait at least 2 billing cycles for the balance adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.
• Please send no cash on delivery packages, as these are not accepted.
Only articles that are https://ikrambellanova.shop/ purchased can be accepted for return. On https://ikrambellanova.shop/ Items purchased cannot be returned or exchanged at retailers that sell Ikram Bellanova Cosmetics products.

EXCHANGE POLICY
We are happy to exchange defective, damaged or unused goods. If you need to exchange your product, please read the information below.
• We accept exchanges of items that have been https://ikrambellanova.shop/ purchased, only up to 30 days after the original purchase.
• Please include the product you would like to exchange and your invoice. Write on the invoice which items are to be exchanged.
• If there is a cost difference to the exchange, one of our customer service representatives can contact you for more information.
• You are responsible for return shipping and handling charges, which are non-refundable.

POLICY FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If you receive a defective or damaged item, you can contact customer service within 30 days for a replacement. Items will not be replaced after 30 days.
