Returns & exchanges

We strive to provide quality products to our customers.
While we hope you are always satisfied with your Ikram Bellanova Cosmetics purchase, we understand that there are times when you may need to return a product.
If you need to return your product, please read the information below.
• Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt to receive a refund.
• We ask you to send the goods in their original, unopened and unused condition.
• We regret that we do not refund the additional return costs.
• Please indicate the reason for your return on the front of your purchase receipt or delivery note.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, which will not be refunded unless you have received damaged goods (see Damaged Product Policy).
    • Please make sure that you have your Note the tracking number, as we cannot issue a refund until our office confirms receipt of the returned goods. We are not responsible for lost packages.
    • All returns will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
    • Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of receiving your item at our office.
    • Please wait at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.
    • Please send no cash on delivery parcels, as these are not accepted.

    Only articles that are on https://ikrambellanova.shop/ purchased can be accepted for return. https://ikrambellanova.shop/ Purchased items cannot be returned or exchanged at retailers that sell Ikram Bellanova Cosmetics products.

EXCHANGE POLICY
We are happy to exchange defective, damaged, or unused merchandise. If you need to exchange your product, please read the information below.
• We accept exchanges of items that are https://ikrambellanova.shop/  purchased, only up to 30 days after the original purchase.
• Please enclose the product you wish to exchange and your receipt. Please indicate on the receipt which items you wish to exchange.
• If there is a difference in cost for the exchange, one of our customer service representatives may contact you for further information.
• You are responsible for return shipping and handling fees, which are non-refundable.

POLICY FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If you receive a defective or damaged item, you can contact customer service within 30 days for a replacement. Items will not be replaced after 30 days.
